Looking at this chart I begin with the evolutionary intent of Obama's soul which I take a clue from Pluto.  Born in the early 60's speaks to me of evolutionary/revolutionary intentions.  This is a soul whose Uranus is in the balsamic phase to Pluto.  More importantly he has Uranus exactly quinx to Saturn.  Saturn is in the gibbous phase to Uranus.  He wants to serve the collective, having just left the opening trine phase, his Saturn has some talents that it can now share.  That Uranus is in the Balsamic Phase .... it is 330 to Pluto... the Semi Sextile.  Perhaps the provident Universe is guiding him to a place of leadership so the Saturn Uranus can serve the collective order as it tries to sweep out the old guard?
